Admitted to practice in 1977, Michael has extensive experience in commercial, resources, property, planning and environmental and administrative law.  Michael is an experienced arbitrator and also appears regularly before the State Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Michael was a partner at Robinson Cox, subsequently Clayton Utz, from 1983 to 2002.

Admitted to practice in 1979, Michael has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and securities law with  an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and resources.
Michael was a partner at Robinson Cox, subsequently Clayton Utz, from 1986 to 2000.
Michael is also a certified practising accountant.

Admitted to practice in England in 1977 and in Western Australia in 2003.
Tony was a partner in Gorna & Co subsequently Hill Dickinson in England from 1988 to 2002. Previously, Tony worked as a legal adviser with Burmah Oil and was company secretary for two quoted UK companies.
Tony has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Admitted to practice in 2002, Brynmor has experience in mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance and commercial law. Brynmor was previously a lawyer at Freehills (Melbourne), Allen & Overy (London) and most recently legal counsel at Dubai International Capital (Dubai).

Marc Wilshaw LLB

Admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2002 and Western Australian in 2003, Marc has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and private equity transactions.  Marc was previously a lawyer with Bennett & Co and most recently Lawrence Graham in London.

Scott Gibson LLB

Admitted to practice in 2003, Scott has experience in mergers and acquisitions, resources, funds and commercial law.  Scott was previously a lawyer at Clayton Utz and most recently legal counsel at an international private equity house.

Alex Davies LLB

Admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2008, Alex has experience in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate reconstructions, IPO's and Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance advice.  Alex joined Hardy Bowen in March 2011.

Olivia Nyaung LLB, BComm

Olivia was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2009.  Olivia's experience includes capital raisings, commerical drafting, due diligence investigations and providing general commercial and corporate advice on matters involving the Corporations Act and ASX compliance.  Prior to joining Hardy Bowen, Olivia was employed as a lawyer at Solomon Brothers practising in commercial litigation.
